CoHaus Stone


CoHaus Stone is an imitation of staked stone made of Polyester-Foam, which is light weight, high insulation, water proof, UV protected, 2nd grade fire proof, germicide panel.  By using appropriate screws and chemicals i.e. Chemrex 948, PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive, paintable Silicone Grout; and installing panel by panel according to the instruction provided, the building will soon turn into well built and higher valued property.

Wendell Residence
CoHaus Stone has been proudly used on this outdoor project, due to the elegant facet of the imitated stone and cautious workmanship, it has brought added value onto Wendell Residence.  It has turned the house into a million dollar water front property in the greater Vancouver area just shortly over a few weekends.  If the weather was promising, the project should have finished within a few days. 

The stone has provided heavy base for the house, although they are light weight.  It changes the look towards the house while decoration has been highlighted on the two pillars.  
Wiegreffe Residence
In Mission B.C. Where Wiegreffe Residence is located. Again, CoHaus Stone has been installed as siding on the outside and created marvellous facet for the house.  This property is a bangalor with basement, the owner chooses to go full height of the house.  

While you look from the outside, you can hardly distinguish it is made out of Polyester-foam without touching it. Essentially, it has never lost the favor of the real stone. Thanks to the weather was promising, this project was completed within one week, so much quicker than laying the real stone.  
Billy Ngu Residence
In Edmonton AB.  Billy chose to provide himself a nice looking and well insulated house, he got the whole house protected from cold by putting on the CoHaus stone panels.  Eventually, he is satisfied for the decision he has made.  It is not only he felt warmer in the house, but also he appreciate the value that the stone panels have brought onto his property.

It was the first house using it as siding, the project finished in fairly short time, and that amazed the whole neighbourhood.
